Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms apply to your use of linepaintingtoronto.ca and to line painting and pavement marking work performed by Line Painting Toronto ("we", "us" or "our"). A signed quote, purchase order or contract for a specific job takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

2. Quotes and Pricing
Every job is quoted in writing, per stall, per linear foot, per stencil or per job, before work starts. Published price ranges on this website are guides, not offers. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Work outside the written scope, such as extra stalls, layout changes or additional surface preparation requested on site, is confirmed with you before it is done.
3. Site Access and Preparation
You are responsible for giving us safe access to the work area at the scheduled time, clear of vehicles, equipment, stored materials and snow. Where vehicles remain in a scheduled area, we may skip that section or reschedule it. We will provide notice templates for tenants or residents on request.
4. Weather and Scheduling
Paint and most marking materials need a dry surface and suitable air and pavement temperatures. If weather makes work unsuitable, we will reschedule to the next available window at no charge. Overnight and weekend windows are scheduled by agreement.
5. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a scheduled job. Late cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may be charged a mobilization fee, which will be stated on your quote.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote. We accept cheque, EFT, credit card and invoice terms for approved commercial accounts. Overdue balances may be charged interest as stated on the invoice.
7. Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. If you notice a defect in application, such as lines that peel or fail to bond within a reasonable period under normal use, contact us and we will inspect and correct application defects. Normal wear from traffic, snowplows, salt, freeze-thaw, tire scuff, chemical spills or surface failure (cracking, heaving or deteriorating asphalt or concrete) is not a defect. Material life estimates on this website, such as 12-24 months for paint and 3-5 years for thermoplastic, are typical ranges, not guarantees.
8. Compliance
We lay out markings to the standards stated on your quote, such as OTM Book 11, TAC references or the AODA Design of Public Spaces standard, based on the site plans and information you provide. You remain responsible for site plan approvals, fire route designations, permits and signage requirements set by your municipality.
9. Insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Certificates of insurance are provided on request, typically within one business day.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, arising from scheduled work, delays or weather.
11. Website Use
Content on this website is for general information about our services. Text, images and logos on this site belong to Line Painting Toronto or are used with permission and may not be copied without consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed.
